The short answer is no. We intentionally designed our scents to be long-lasting, yet subtle. Throughout your day after using MOZI Wash, you will catch hints of our unique scents, and think Dang, I smell great! Someone is going to give you a hug and compliment you. When you get into your sheets at night, they will smell inviting and fresh and you won't want to leave your bed.

Once an order is placed our team will carefully collect and package it. We ship out all orders as soon as possible, typically in the next business day.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, which includes your MOZI Wash tracking number, so you can follow the magical journey.

After we pass your order to our shipping partners, we will send you a confirmation email, which will have a 'Track Order' button. This will take you directly to the site, so you can follow all live tracking updates!

Do you think your order may have been lost in transit? Although USPS quotes us 2-14 business days for delivery, sometimes life happens and they are unable to deliver within this timeframe.

When this is the case, your tracking number may update, which will advise you of a 'delayed' delivery date.

If your item still hasn't been delivered within 30 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with USPS*.

*Please note: Once we pass your order to USPS, your package is en route with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues that may arise need to be investigated by USPS. We are unable to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you. Yes, we have tested our products extensively on a variety of all different types of fabrics and machines. Additionally our detergent creates low amounts of suds, making it work in high-efficiency (HE) and traditional washers. It will effectively clean your garments in both hot and cold water rinses.
