Dream Laundry Room Makeover Giveaway — Official Rules

No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Mozi Brands, Inc., 223 Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA 90401 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

4. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PST and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to Earn Entries

You may earn entries during the Promotion Period through the methods below. Entries are tallied by Sponsor; the more entries you accrue, the greater your chances of winning.

Order-value bonuses are cumulative: an order earns the bonus for every threshold it meets, in addition to the 5 base entries (e.g., one $150 order earns 5 + 15 + 30 + 50 = 100 entries).

A “qualifying referral” means a new customer who places their first order.

6. Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. You may enter and accrue entries for free by (a) joining the Sponsor’s email list (+10 entries) and/or (b) referring friends (+100 per qualifying referral). Entrants who use only free methods are eligible to win on the same basis as all other entrants, and free entries are weighted identically to purchase-based entries.

7. Drawing and Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, conducted on or about July 1, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative. The drawing is final.

8. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

9. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: an LG 4.5 cu. ft. Front Load Washer with TurboWash 360 and Built-In Intelligence and an LG 7.4 cu. ft. Electric Dryer with TurboSteam and Built-In Intelligence, including standard delivery and professional installation. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty except any manufacturer’s warranty. No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all costs not expressly stated as included (including but not limited to any electrical/plumbing modifications required for installation).

10. Winner Notification and Acceptance

The potential winner will be notified by email within 1 day of the drawing and must respond within 5 days. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within the stated period. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, declines the prize, is ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV is $600 or more, the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 and must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (including a valid Social Security number or taxpayer ID) before the prize is awarded.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, as permitted by law. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city/state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

15. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.moziwash.com/policies/privacy-policy. By joining the email list, you consent to receive marketing communications and may unsubscribe at any time.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.

17. Not Sponsored by Social Platforms

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to any such platform.
