Fill a tub with lukewarm water, add a softening agent (hair conditioner or baby shampoo), and soak the garment for about 30 minutes. Take the garment out and lay it on a dry towel to gently stretch it back to its original size while it's still damp. Lay it flat to air dry. But do remember that its not possible to unshrink all types of fabrics.
