Right away you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details.
Once an order is placed our team will carefully collect and package it. We ship out all orders as soon as possible, typically in the next business day.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, which includes your MOZI Wash tracking number, so you can follow the magical journey.
All products are made and shipped from right here in the USA!
How Do I Track My Order?

After we pass your order to our shipping partners, we will send you a confirmation email, which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the site, so you can follow all live tracking updates!
I Think My Package Is Lost Or Hasn't Been Delivered!
Do you think your order may have been lost in transit? Although USPS quotes us 2-14 business days for delivery, sometimes life happens and they are unable to deliver within this timeframe.
When this is the case, your tracking number may update, which will advise you of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 30 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with USPS*.
*Please note: Once we pass your order to USPS, your package is en route with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues that may arise need to be investigated by USPS. We are unable to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you. Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Is your Mozi product not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you, so long as the order has not shipped yet.
Please be sure to send us the new details and we can change this over for you pre-shipment.
If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the USPS tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email*.
*Please note: We can only send your MOZI Wash to the address you provide on your order - if you have accidentally provided an incorrect address, and the package has been delivered, we are unfortunately unable to retrieve the package, so please check your address carefully before ordering.
Do You Ship Internationally?

Is MOZI Wash Safe To Use On All Clothing & Machines?
Yes, we have tested our products extensively on a variety of all different types of fabrics and machines. Additionally our detergent creates low amounts of suds, making it work in high-efficiency (HE) and traditional washers. It will effectively clean your garments in both hot and cold water rinses.
Is Mozi Cruelty Free and Vegan?
Yes, Mozi is cruelty free and vegan! No Animal products or testing in the Mozi product line.
