What temp water for white clothes?

The best water temperature for white clothes depends on the fabric and how dirty they are. For most everyday white cottons, synthetics, and blends, warm water of around 104°F works well. Heavily soiled whites may benefit from hotter water, while delicate fabrics like silk and satin should always be washed in cool water to help protect the fibers.
