To use Mozi Wash, simply pour 1-4 tablespoons directly into your detergent tray or directly in the washing machine drum. Wash as you normally would using cool or warm water. Mozi works on all machines. When drying, use low heat or tumble dry to help protect fabrics, lock in the scent and save the environment. That’s it. Your clothes come out fresh, clean, and smell like your favorite elevated scent.

Once an order is placed our team will carefully collect and package it. We ship out all orders as soon as possible, typically in the next business day.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, which includes your MOZI Wash tracking number, so you can follow the magical journey.

Do you think your order may have been lost in transit? Although USPS quotes us 2-14 business days for delivery, sometimes life happens and they are unable to deliver within this timeframe.
When this is the case, your tracking number may update, which will advise you of a 'delayed' delivery date.
If your item still hasn't been delivered within 30 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with USPS*.

Yes, we have tested our products extensively on a variety of all different types of fabrics and machines. Additionally our detergent creates low amounts of suds, making it work in high-efficiency (HE) and traditional washers. It will effectively clean your garments in both hot and cold water rinses.
