Happily a repeat customer - just wanted to make sure I got a stellar review in for Mozi. I f'n LOVE all the scent's and have purchased all nearly all of them. What I especially love about this detergent is that it makes our whole house smell so good - the scents are strong enough to permeate through the house when the washing machine is being ran, but not so overtly aromatic that it's sickening. 10/10 amazing ratios and recipes my guy. Speaking of recipes, I especially loved the nice touch of an email follow up letting me know that the batch I ordered from had a little different recipe and it caused separating. The proactive email letting me know this and to simply shake the container was greatly appreciated. I respect the work it takes to make sure customer experiences aren't impacted. Transparency and clear communication will always be the right choice.

I’ve used this booster a couple times and food stains have come out. I do wish there was a little scooper in the container. The lid the first time I opened it was a little hard, and I spilled some on the ground, but the product itself is amazing. Maybe if you guys did a solid jar and a refill pack. So the container is not so tight.
